Case of the “Whatifs”

What if I get cancer? What if my baby isn’t healthy? What if there’s a nuclear attack? What if I get in a car wreck tomorrow?

Worrying about what might happen is pointless.

The fact is, the worrying is probably more dangerous than the what ifs. While being healthy, knowledgeable and cautious are good, there’s simply no way to prevent life from happening. Worrying about the what ifs simply prevents you living the life you currently have. Stop worrying about tomorrow and start living today. When and if the what ifs arise, take them one day at a time.
